Meet Amy Soucy

I am an unapologetic advocate for individual and collective wellbeing. I help high-achieving, multi-passionate humans reclaim their physical, mental, and spiritual vibrancy while reconnecting with their innate wisdom and wholeness.

Nothing brings me more joy than guiding frazzled humans to “lean out,” slow down, and realize they already hold everything they need within themselves.

I’ve been teaching yoga, leading retreats across the U.S. and internationally, and facilitating mindfulness experiences for more than 20 years. I hold certifications in both Integral and Anusara yoga, and I’ve completed extensive training in mindfulness meditation, transformational life coaching, and a variety of somatic movement practices.

Through weaving these modalities together, I support clients in relieving chronic pain, recovering from injuries and burnout, and cultivating clarity, confidence, and grace in their daily lives. My mission is to help you remember who you truly are—a human BEing brimming with peace, potential, and the wisdom of the Universe.

In addition to my work as a teacher and facilitator, I am also an award-winning singer-songwriter and recording artist. I believe that creativity, self-expression, and mind-body awareness are deeply interconnected and essential to living a meaningful, vibrant, and healthy life.

Individual Wellness Sessions

Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness is an exploration of your moment-to-moment experience that, with practice and time, helps you develop steadiness of mind and body, and increased love and compassion for yourself and others. Learn lifelong tools for more harmony, peace, and wellbeing.

Yoga, Qigong, & Somatic Movement

These sessions blend a variety of somatic methods, including yoga to build strength and flexibility, qigong to cultivate energy flow, balance, and inner calm, and somatic movement—gentle practices often done lying on the floor—to release deep-seated tension and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

Therapeutic Ballwork

These are slow, deeply restorative sessions that use rubber balls of varying sizes and textures to stretch tense muscles and release connective tissue. Self-massage is one of the most relaxing things you can do for yourself, and it can even produce states of euphoria and bliss!
