Hosted by Federico Fridman, the owner of Cacao Laboratory, these 90 minutes gatherings are designed to foster connection among men in the Hudson Valley, creating space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with ourselves and with one another. Whether through breathwork, movement, storytelling, or guided dialogue, each session is unique, but the heart of every gathering remains the same: authentic connection.
