Integrative Breathwork

This class is an immersive journey into gentle breathwork, intentional energy clearing, and the nourishment of community care. Designed to help you slow down and re-center, each session offers space to release stagnant energy and reconnect with the grounding presence of the Earth.

Through guided breath practices, you’ll be supported in cultivating calm and focus. Energy clearing techniques invite renewal and lightness, while moments of shared intention help weave a sense of belonging and collective healing. Students will experience a thoughtful blend of modalities including tuning forks to restore vibrational balance, aromatherapy to awaken the senses, and soothing layers of sound healing to deepen relaxation.

To close, participants may receive optional ear seeds—a gentle form of acupressure that extends the benefits of class beyond the session itself. This gathering is a chance to pause, recharge, and leave feeling rooted, supported, and more connected to yourself and the world around you.
