$55 an hr (weekdays)
$70 an hr (weekends)Display the renter’s approved marketing materials on Kelta’s in-house digital frames during the promotional period.
Include the event in Kelta’s Events Email two times.
List the event on Kelta’s Events Page on our website.
Kelta will not create a dedicated social media post on our main feed for rental events and will not collaborate on any posts. However, Kelta will repost Instagram Stories that the renter tags Kelta in, at our discretion.
If you choose the marketing option you need to complete a form included in your rental receipt.

Kelta will not promote the event on social media, including feed posts or collaboration posts.
Rental Options

Rental Minimum
The rental minimum is 2 hours, with additional time available in 30-minute increments after the first two hours.

Booking Ahead
All rentals must be booked at least SIX WEEKS in advance, and the full booking amount is due at the time of booking.

Marketing Prep
Rentals with the marketing option must have the marketing form completed and submitted at least SIX WEEKS in advance.

Insurance
To help keep you, your participants, and Kelta safe and protected, we ask that you carry professional liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage and include Kelta and its landlord as additional insured.

Setup + Clean Up Time
You will receive 30 minutes before your reservation for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup at no additional charge.
You must book your event to begin 30 minutes before your actual start time to account for setup. -
Customer Booking
Kelta does not provide access to our booking system and strongly encourages hosts of public events to have their own online booking method for participants.
Cancellation Policy
If the event is canceled 30 days or more before the event date, you will receive 50% of the total booking cost.
If the event is canceled less than 30 days before the event date, you will receive 25% of the total booking cost.
Please ensure you are booking SIX WEEKS before your event and can complete the form you will receive in your email follow up with your event details SIX WEEKS before as well!
