Kelta Approved Renters

Rental Options

  • $55 an hr (weekdays)
    $70 an hr (weekends)

    • Display the renter’s approved marketing materials on Kelta’s in-house digital frames during the promotional period.

    • Include the event in Kelta’s Events Email two times.

    • List the event on Kelta’s Events Page on our website.

    • Kelta will not create a dedicated social media post on our main feed for rental events and will not collaborate on any posts. However, Kelta will repost Instagram Stories that the renter tags Kelta in, at our discretion.

  • $40 an hr (weekdays)
    $50 an hr (weekends)

    • The event will not be included in Kelta’s Events Email

    • The event will not be listed on Kelta’s Events Page

    • Kelta will not display marketing materials in our space

    • Kelta will not promote the event on social media, including feed posts or collaboration posts.

  • $50 Half Day Rental (weekdays)
    Monday, Wednesday, + Thursday
    8 AM - 1 PM or 2 PM - 8 PM
    Tuesday
    8 AM - 1 PM
    Friday
    1 PM - 7 PM

    $100 Full Day Rental (weekends)
    Saturday + Sunday
    9 AM - 3 PM

    STAY WELL rentals will not be promoted by Kelta.
    This rental space is best for practitioners who already have a following and/or appointments already setup.

  • Booking Rentals

    Use the booking link below to create an account (if you haven't already) or log in, then select your desired space, choose an available date and time, and complete your reservation. Availability is updated in real time.

  • Booking Ahead

    All rentals must be reserved in advance through our online booking system, and full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

    To ensure adequate time for scheduling and preparation, WORKSHOP space rentals must be booked at least six (6) weeks in advance.

  • Rental Minimum

    Only the WORKSHOP space has a rental minimum. Reservations require a minimum of 2 hours, with additional time available in 30-minute increments.

    The STAY WELL space does not have a minimum rental requirement. It is available for half-day or full-day rentals only.

  • Marketing Prep

    The marketing add-on is available only for WORKSHOP rentals.

    To ensure we have enough time to create and promote your event, the Marketing Form must be completed and submitted at least six (6) weeks before your rental date. Marketing requests submitted after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.

  • Setup + Clean Up Time

    You will receive 30 minutes before your reservation for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup at no additional charge.
    STAY WELL Renters: Please come 30 minutes before your start time and you have 30 minutes after the end of you rental to clean up. 
    WORKSHOP Renters: Please be sure to book your rental to begin 30 minutes before your actual event start time to account for setup.

  • Customer Booking

    Kelta does not provide access to our booking system and strongly encourages hosts of public events to have their own online booking method for participants.

  • WORKSHOP Equipment

    Your rental includes access to yoga mats, yoga blocks, yoga blankets, mini bolsters, two 8-foot tables, and 12 chairs.

  • STAY WELL Equipment

    Your rental includes access to two anti-gravity chairs, a massage table (linens not provided), a desk, and a desk chair.

Cancellation Policy

If a rental is canceled 30 days or more before the event date, you will receive 50% of the total booking cost.

If a rental is canceled less than 30 days before the event date, you will receive 25% of the total booking cost.
